How are you preparing for the NACFB Commercial Finance Expo 2026?

We’re really looking forward to being back at the NACFB Commercial Finance Expo. It’s the standout event in the commercial finance calendar and one we always prepare for with real care and attention.

Behind the scenes, our focus has been on being ready for meaningful, practical conversations. We’ve been reviewing what’s new, refining how we support brokers day to day, and making sure the whole team is fully equipped to talk through a wide range of cases. The aim is simple. To make every interaction useful and relevant for the brokers we work with.

Our MD, Angela Norman, Head of Sales, Mike Davies, and Head of Broker Strategy, Andrea Challis, will be back on the stand again this year. Many brokers will already know them from previous Expos, and their presence reflects how closely involved they remain in broker relationships and in shaping how we support you.

We’re also bringing colleagues from every corner of our division. That means the right conversations with the right people, all in one place, and the chance to share feedback that genuinely influences what we do.

You’ll be able to speak with our Business Development Managers, as well as teams involved at every stage of the broker and customer journey. This includes colleagues who process applications and request valuations, credit underwriting, lending managers, completions specialists, those who support existing customers, and our product, propositions and marketing teams.

It’s not just about sales. We’re all there together, working as one, ready to show how we deliver, support and get every part of the broker and customer journey right.

What can we expect from your stand?

Our stand will be a large, welcoming space designed for open, honest conversations about real lending scenarios. There’s no hard sell. Just straightforward discussions with people who understand broker‑led business.

We’ll share updates on our award‑winning service, the latest enhancements across our product range, and clear insight into how we approach different types of cases. There will also be plenty of time to talk through how we can support your clients with confidence, whatever the complexity.

Whether you’re stopping by for a quick catch‑up or staying for a longer conversation, we want you to leave with clarity and something genuinely useful to take away.

What are you most looking forward to at the 2026 Expo?

The biggest highlight is always the people. The NACFB Expo brings together brokers, lenders and partners from across the industry, and it’s the quality of conversation that makes the day so valuable.

We’re looking forward to catching up with existing members of our broker panel, meeting new faces, and hearing first‑hand what challenges and opportunities are coming through right now. Those conversations play a key role in shaping how we continue to evolve and support brokers long after the Expo doors close.
